What to Expect on Your First Visit
Evaluation
The initial visit is aimed at finding the cause of the problem so we can find a solution that will get you results. A thorough history will be taken of your complaint, followed by a spinal evaluation, orthopedic, and neurological testing. X-rays will be taken if needed. Then the doctor will take the time to analyze all of the information gathered to come up with a plan of care.
Report of Findings
The doctor will provide you with in depth information regarding your condition and a recommended plan of care. We feel that education allows people to make the best choices about their care.

We are a direct pay office.
Payment is due at the time of service
We don’t work with insurance plans except for Medicare.
A lot of our patients really appreciate this simple model. There are no surprise bills, deductibles, or approvals to have to deal with.
Most of our patients have ended up paying the same amount as they would have under insurance, or sometimes less.
The benefit is that there much more clarity, consistency, and Dr. Katie will be able to recommend the care that is best for you without insurance restrictions.

Package of 24 Adjustments: $864.00 total ($36.00 each)

We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, health savings plans, and flex spending accounts.
If you use health savings or flex spending and need paperwork, we are able to provide that for you anytime.
Insurance
We do not submit to insurance except for Medicare Primary
We can give you paperwork to submit it to your insurance plan on your own if they accept it
