We are a family chiropractic practice. Dr. Strangstalien has 11 years of experience working with all ages. We serve infants, children, adolescents, athletes, women, pregnant women, men, and seniors.

The youngest child she has adjusted was hours old and the oldest person was 93 years old.

Pregancy Chiropractic
Dr. Kathryn is certified in the Websters technique for pregnancy. This is a safe, gentle, and effective method to analyze and adjust women in pregnancy. She uses special pregnancy pillows to get you comfortable for your chiropractic care.
Pediatric Chiropractic
Kid Friendly
Dr. Kathryn is kind and calm and able to work with all ages of kids. Following a toddler around the room while they play or snuggling a newborn into a comfortable position are a regular part of her day. She enjoys working with each child she meets.
Family Friendly
Bring your kids with you for your adjustment, we have plenty of toys and a large room for them to play in.
Come in all together for family adjustments, we have a great space to fit everyone in at once.
Gentle and Specific
Dr. Kathryn will use different tables and methods tailored to each age, level of mobility and comfort level of each child.
Special Training
She also has a lot of training in caring for babies and children and uses gentle pediatric methods.

What to Expect on Your First Visit
Evaluation
The initial visit is aimed at finding the cause of the problem so we can find a solution that will get you results. A thorough history will be taken of your complaint, followed by a spinal evaluation, orthopedic, and neurological testing. X-rays will be taken if needed. Then the doctor will take the time to analyze all of the information gathered to come up with a plan of care.
Report of Findings
The doctor will provide you with in depth information regarding your condition and a recommended plan of care. We feel that education allows people to make the best choices about their care.

Package of 6 Adjustments: $252.00 total ($42.00 each)

We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, health savings plans, and flex spending accounts.
If you use health savings or flex spending and need paperwork, we are able to provide that for you anytime.
Insurance
Most insurance companies do not contribute to chiropractic care in our office. We have come up with several savings plans to make chiropractic care affordable.

Even if your insurance does not contribute, you can still be a patient. The process is you will pay directly for your care at the time of service, then we can give you paperwork to submit it to your insurance plan on your own if they accept it. You can also use health savings and flex spending.
Office Tours and Consultations
At Great River Chiropractic, we offer complimentary office tours and consultations. This is a chance for you to come and see the clinic, meet the doctor, and ask any questions you may have. We will talk to you about your problem and see if chiropractic care could benefit you.
