I am delighted to serve the community of Winona by helping families get healthy naturally.  I have been in practice for 11 years now.  I have helped many people of all ages with this safe and all natural form of health care known as Chiropractic.  Many people know that Chiropractic is the proven choice for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other conditions.  Here are some Chiropractic success stories...

One patient I helped had bad heartburn every time she would exercise, and sometimes even just sitting in a chair.  After I provided her with Chiropractic care, the heartburn completely resolved.  She was so happy that she didn't have to start taking heartburn medication or experience burning pain all of the time.  

Another time,  a patient came to me for help with neck pain and headaches...and got excellent results.  But even more exciting was the fact that after care here at Great River Chiropractic, she was able to finally sleep better at night!  What a difference sleep makes...

These are just a few examples of how Chiropractic care can help you enjoy a better quality of life.  Now you can see why I am so passionate about sharing Chiropractic with our community.  I first learned the power of Chiropractic from my family.  In fact, my aunt and two of my uncles are Chiropractors in Spain!  They continue to inspire me by showing just how much they help their patients live healthier and happier lives...and now I do, too!

I grew up in nearby Wabasha, MN.  You may know it as the home of "Grumpy Old Men" just 30 miles up the road.  My husband Jason and I live in Winona with our kids, Claire (6) and Ben (3).    We enjoy canoeing, camping, and spending time with our family and friends.  I look forward to meeting you at our clinic, stop on by to see if I can help you!
